1) In pursuance of Order dated 14th August 2025, the Petitioner had in fact deposited the amount of cost of Rs. 25,000/- within stipulated period. However, the cheque issued on his behalf has been dishonored and the Manager, Reserve Bank of India, by its communication dated 11th September 2025, has informed the Registrar of this Court that, the said cheque is dishonored for the reasons 'FundsInsuff'. 2) Mr. Hagare, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, as a matter of fact, the Petitioner had deposited the said amount of Rs. 25,000/- for payment of cost in his bank account. However due to inadvertence, he issued cheque from some other account. He fairly 1/2
dtg 14-Wp-4328-2025.doc conceded the fact that, it is due to his either inadvertence or mistake, the said cheque has been dishonored. We accept the said statement. 2.1) Mr. Hagare submitted that, the Petitioner will now pay the said cost by way of demand draft within a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted.
3) Stand over to 3rd December 2025.
