10 Wp-4359-2025.doc matter was posted on certain dates. It is mentioned in para no. 8. After reading the averments in the petition coupled with copies of the roznama, it cannot be said that the learned Judge has not heard the discharge application without justifiable reason.

The roznama from page no. 12 to 21, if considered together, it can be said that there was justifiable reason for adjourning the hearing, sometimes it is on account of non-appearance of the advocate for the Applicant and some time, the Court is busy in other matter.

4.

So no case for issuing the direction to the expedite hearing is made out. It can only be said that the learned Judge to decide the discharge application as early as possible.

5.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [S. M. MODAK, J.] Seema 2/2
