Leave to amend is granted to add the Senior Inspector of Police of Wanawadi police station as the Respondent No.9, because, according to the Petitioner's belief the Respondent Nos.5 to 8 are residing within the jurisdiction of Wanawadi police station. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

1-wp-4386-25 Respondent Nos.5 to 8 are not letting her grandson to meet her. She is not aware of the exact address, but she believes that they are residing within the jurisdiction of Wanawadi police station. At her old age it is not possible for her to take extra efforts to search the Respondent Nos.5 to 8.

Considering these submissions, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

i) Issue fresh Notices to the Respondent Nos.5 to 8. ii) The Senior Inspector of Police of Cuffe Parade police station and of Wanawadi police station jointly shall take efforts to serve the notices of this petition on the Respondent Nos.5 to 8.

iii) The Notices are made returnable on 24.11.2025. iv) Stand over to 24.11.2025.
