The Petitioner, in her advance age, is desirous of meeting her grandchild and the difficulty posed before us by the Police Authorities is that Respondent Nos.5 to7 are not traceable and attempts to serve them did not yield any success as the report from the PSI is indicative that they have left the place a while ago. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has contact number of Respondent no.5 with her and she also has the address of the Advocate through whom, the Petitioner is corresponding with Respondent No.5.

903-WP-4386-2025.odt We permit her to share this information with the the police personnel from Cuffe Parade Police Station who shall then make an attempt to establish contact on the mobile number and even is granted liberty to contact the Advocate/Counsel, as the only desire of the Petitioner is to meet her grandchild once during her life time.
