P. C. :- 1) The Respondent No.5 is represented before us. She is the mother of the grand-children of the Petitioner, who seek meeting with her grandchild 'Master Rishaan' aged 14 years.

2) Without going into counter accusations levelled by the Respondent No.5, at this stage, what is relevant for us is to permit the grandchild to meet the Petitioner, who is in advanced age and residing in Cuffe Parade. It is informed by Respondent No.5 that she, along with the child is residing in Delhi.

3) In these circumstances, since 25th December, 2025 being a Christmas holiday and definitely the child must be having Christmas 1/2

Manoj 902-WP-4386-2025.doc Vacation, we direct the minor son to be brought by her to Mumbai and to be dropped at the residence of the Petitioner between 11.00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and the child shall be permitted to be in her company till 5.00 p.m. Since the Respondent No.5 is traveling from Delhi, we also expect one more visit of the child with the grand mother before Respondent No.5 leave for Delhi.

4) Since, at this stage, the prayer sought in the Petition is achieved by the aforesaid directions, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition.

5) We also direct the Respondent No.5 to either accompany the child on 2nd or 4th Sunday of every month or send the child to the grand mother on either of these days without fail.

6) The Respondent No.5 shall also provide the contact number and her address in Delhi to the investigating officer. 7) Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
