Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned APP. Perused the Petition paper book with their assistance. 2.

Having gone through the impugned order dated 10th February, 2025, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune in Appeal No. 38 of 2023, we find that the said authority desires that the District Collector should conduct a further inquiry and, after obtaining better details, should decide the Petitioner's application for the grant of fire arms license. In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to observe that Respondent No.3 would deal with the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of 120 days from today. 4.
