He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition, with liberty to challenge the said Order dated 27th December 2022, passed by the trial Court rejecting his Application for discharge by adopting appropriate proceedings before the learned single Judge of this Court. 1.1) Leave and liberty granted.
