Mr. Jaideep Singh Khattar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are other cases registered against the petitioners. This information has been suppressed by the petitioners in this writ petition and the petitioners are seeking to challenge the Look Out Circular issued in connection to First Information Report No.RC0602023S0006 registered on 7th July 2023.

This writ petition ought to be dismissed on the ground of suppression of material facts. The petitioners who have approached this Court with unclean hands cannot seek exercise of discretionary remedy from this Court.
