The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for record and proceeding with respect to the complaint dated 06/06/2025 made to the Respondent and after going through the same be pleased direct the respondent to register the offence and FIR under sections 418, 420, 120-B r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 or under section 316, 318, 61(2) r/w 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 by exercising power under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and power under section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. b) Any other relief, as deemed fit and proper may please be granted in favour of the Petitioner herein."

After arguing for some time and apprising the Court about the proceedings initiated at Delhi and Ahmedabad, Dr. Uday P. Warujnikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternative statutory remedy.

Writ Petition No. 4427 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
