This matter was taken up in the pre-lunch session and Mr. S. V. Gavand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was directed to ascertain willingness from the parents of the respondent no. 2 as to proceed with the complaint filed by the respondent no. 2. 2.

After the recess, the parents of the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 have appeared in the Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the father of the respondent no. 2 has stated that the police may not proceed further on the basis of the complaint made by his daughter and the petitioner should tender her apology to his daughter. 3.

Post the matter on 14th October 2025 to be listed "High on Board".
