There are nine aggrieved persons who have lodged a common police complaint dated 26th July, 2025 with the Commissioner of Police, Pune. The Accused are 11 in numbers. Each of the Complainants has a grievance of a fraud being committed on him/her by the Accused. Laxmi 1/2

The learned APP submits that the Police Stations, under whom the respective Complainants would fall for inquiry, are unable to deal with the complaint because all the Complainants have filed a common complaint. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that each of the Petitioners would file his/her individual complaint with the concerned Police Station having jurisdiction, within 7 days from today. 4.

The learned APP submits that once the Police Station receives such individual complaints, they would carry out inquiries into the complaints and if a cognizable offence is made out, an FIR would be registered. 5.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners points out that two FIRs on the basis of similar complaints have already been registered. 6.

In view of the statements recorded above, this Petition is disposed off.
