During pendency of the trial, the learned Magistrate has issued a summons to the Registrar of Firms to produce certain documents. According to the Complainant, these documents were forged by the Accused and it does not bear his signature. Whereas, it is disputed on Satish Sangar 1/2

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks time because the documents which are summoned through the Office of Registrar of Firms are not annexed to the Petition. Now the returnable date of summons before the trial Court is 10th September 2025. Let this matter be kept on 3rd September 2025. Be listed under the caption for "Directions".

The Petitioner is at liberty to file the documents on the next date. It is made clear if the documents are not filed, this Court will hear the parties on the basis of available record.
