No.869/PW/2019, pending on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Court No.62), Dadar, Mumbai, arising out of C.R. No.70/2019, dated 19th February 2019, registered with Worli Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of the Respondent No.2, the informant. 2) Dr. Shreya Shrivastava, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has already filed on 1/2

It is stated therein that, the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have arrived at amicable settlement and have jointly filed Consent Terms before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, in Petition No. A-172 of 2021. That, in view of the amicable settlement, the Respondent No.2 has no objection and gives her free consent for quashing of the said case. 2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 13th August 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3) In view of the above, present Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
