By praecipe dated 18 February 2026 Mr. Zeeshan Khan, learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out typographical errors in paragraphs 1 and 9 of the order dated 05 January 2026 passed in Writ Petition No.4524 of 2025. He states that instead of Crime No.602 of 2025, the same is wrongly typed as Crime No.602 of 2024. The said mistake is repeated in paragraph 9 in line 2, and in line 5 of paragraph 9 the proceedings bearing No.1640/PW/2025 is wrongly typed as C.C.1604/PW/2025. Hence requests for corrections. 2.

Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, confirms the said position.

In view of above, paragraphs 1 and 9 of the order dated 05 January 2026 be corrected in terms of the praecipe dated 18 February 2026.
