Petitioner V/s.
Madhu Mahesh Pandey and others ...
Respondents Mr. Mohsin Ghaniwala a/w.
Saahil Sheikh Advocate for the Petitioner.
Mrs. S.E. Phad APP for the State.
CORAM : S.M. MODAK, J DATE : 25th August 2025.
P.C. :
Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner-Complainant. 2.
The Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi has granted anticipatory bail to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 as per the order dated 4th September 2024 (Page-327). The Petitioner-first informant is praying for its cancellation. He invited my attention to order dated 26th June 2025 passed in Criminal Application No.37/2025 wherein it is observed that whether cancellation is sought on the grounds mentioned in Para No.8, proper remedy is filing revision or writ petition. This order is passed in the same C.R. but for cancellation of regular bail. In fact these observations need consideration because as
LSP 2 8 wp 4526.25.doc per Point No.17 of the partial modification to be effective from 25th August 2025 any application for cancellation is assigned to Amit Borkar, J. Be that as it may, the Petitioner need not face inconvenience.
3.
Hence, issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 9th October 2025.
