For the reasons recorded separately, Writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus :

"(b) The order of Detention bearing No. 2025/DCB-2/RR5402(1)/25 dated 09/09/2025 issued under Section 3 of M.P.D.A. Act 1981 by the Respondent No. 1 be quashed and set aside and on quashing the same the detenu (Pappu Shivaji Ingole) be ordered for release forthwith."

The son of Petitioner i.e. Pappu Shivaji Ingole be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.
