This Petition is for Writ of Habeas Corpus. There are some disputed facts. Therefore, the verification is necessary. The Petition is filed without verification. In paragraph 11 of the Petition, prayer is made for dispensing with the verification. However, since the matter is serious and there are seriously disputed facts, the verification of this Petition is necessary. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner shall file the affidavit of the Petitioner regarding the facts mentioned in this Petition. 2) The Superintendent of Jail shall permit affirmation of the said verification. The verified memo shall be produced before the Court before the next date.
