This matter was heard for some time in the first session. 2.
We granted a pass over since the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner as well as the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3, were to receive further instructions during the course of the second session. 3.
After this matter was called out at the time of rising, the learned Senior Advocate has tendered an affidavit of the Petitioner dated 22nd August, 2025 along with a printout of an email from the Cyber Crime 1/2
Trupti 910-wp-4565-2025 Department of Hyderabad, addressed to Respondent No.2, regarding the defreezing of the account of the Petitioner, along with certain documents. The entire compilation, including the affidavit (7 pages), is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No. 3, submits that he has already received a communication from the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Rachakonda, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, today itself. Page No. 6 of the compilation 'X' is the said communication directing the Bank to keep a lien on Rs. 19 lakh and remove the debit freeze on the Petitioner's account mentioned in the communication. He, therefore, submits that the Bank has already initiated steps, and by keeping a lien on the said amount of Rs. 19 Lakhs, the rest of the amount in the account number mentioned, would be de-frozen and the Petitioner would be able to operate the said account.

Considering the above, this Petition is worked out and stands disposed off.
