The petitioner states in paragraph no.2 of this writ petition that there is a dispute between him and his wife, son and daughter and on account of such dispute his wife and children left home on 3rd December 2019 and they are residing separately. 2.

In the aforesaid facts, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Inspector of Police, Amboli Police Station to register a First Information Report against his wife and children on the complaint made by him.

On such facts, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition which is accordingly dismissed.

Interim Application (Stamp) No.18585 of 2025 stands disposed of.
