A Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 14th October 2025, directed the learned Trial Court to decide Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 436 of 2014 expeditiously, and in any case within a period of 12 weeks.

The learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangli has submitted a report dated 18th March 2026 seeking extension of time by six months to dispose of the said adn

8-WP-4572-2025 application. In the said report, it has been specifically stated that both the parties have not rendered cooperation.
