b) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue necessary order or directions in the like nature to quash and set aside the proceedings arising out of the FIR No. 0210/2025; c) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue necessary order or directions in the like nature to quash and set aside the proceeding arising out of the Chargesheet no. 121/2025 which is pending before the 13th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Nashik;

d) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay all further proceedings arising out of Chargesheet 121/2025 filed before the 13th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nashik, against the Petitioners during pendency of the hearing and final disposal of this petition."

Mr. Kanishk Waghwase, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.

In view thereof and considering Rule 2 (II) (h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition/application, if so advised. 4.

Writ Petition No. 4619 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
