DATE : 23rd MARCH 2026 PC:- The petitioner is seeking a direction against ICICI Bank to deposit Rs.5,40,016.80, which is the amount siphoned off from the bank account of the petitioner maintained with the said bank.

Mr. Oduvil Mohandas, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2-Reserve Bank of India (RBI), counters the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that RBI has issued any directions or guidelines for refund of money to the account holders like the petitioner.

Mr. K. V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs this Court that the police has filed "A" Summary report Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:
