In view of the statutory regime, which provide adequate remedy to the petitioner, Mr. P. R. Rathod, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition so that the petitioner may take appropriate steps for ventilating the grievances against the inaction of the police to take necessary action on his complaint.
