Mr. J. P. Yagnik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the matter was posted for framing of charge on 25th August 2025. However, it appears that some of the accused persons remained absent and that is the reason the next date fixed for framing of charge is 28th October 2025.

Mr. Saurabh Pakale, the learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if need so arises, at the appropriate stage.

Writ Petition No.4649 of 202 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid to the petitioners. However, we may indicate that this petition dismissed as withdrawn shall not be construed by any Court/Forum/Authority, as if we have expressed our opinion on the merits of the matter.
