Through this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the Commissioner of Police for Greater Mumbai, the Senior Inspector of Police, Borivali Police Station and the Senior Inspector of Police, Nirmal Nagar Police Station to comply with their undertakings recorded in the order dated 28th August 2024 in Criminal Writ Petition (St.) No. 16781 of 2024. 2.

However, after arguing for some time, Mr. Induprakash Tripathi, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail of appropriate remedy as available to them in law. 3.

Writ Petition No. 4655 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
