A copy of the minutes of a proposed consent order is tendered in the Court formulated by the learned counsels appearing for the parties on instructions from their respective clients.

After having taken instructions from their respective clients, Mr. R.A. Shaikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yusuf Iqbal Yusuf, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 5 make a statement that the parties have agreed to 1/2 911-WP-4709-2025.doc Dixit
approach Justice Akil Kureshi (Retired), a former Chief Justice to act as a Mediator for finding an amicable solution to the disputes and differences between the parties. It appears that the parties have also arrived at an understanding as to the mediation conducted by Justice Akil Kureshi (Retired) to be concluded within a period of four weeks.

On such understanding, the learned counsels appearing for the parties state that the present writ petition may be disposed of without going into the merits of the matter and leaving it open to the parties to explore remedy as available to them in law, if any need so arises. The learned counsels appearing for the parties have also made a statement to the effect that the parties have agreed to put on hold all actions, complaints and legal proceedings initiated against each other or intended to be initiated against each other or against their officers, representatives, employees etc. till the time the mediation process terminates or is concluded. The learned counsels appearing for the parties make a further statement that the parties have agreed not to give any interview or make any statement to the press/media or any other social media platform in relation to each other or the business in which they have any interest or share until the mediation process is terminated or concluded.

On the joint request made on behalf of the parties, Writ Petition No.4709 of 2025 is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter.
