The fact of the case reveals that the Petitioner was detained by the Immigration Officers at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the period of illegal detention starts from 09.00 a.m. of 04/08/2025, when the authorities attached to Bureau of Immigration at IGI Airport, New Delhi detained the Petitioner till 02.48 p.m. After that, he was handed over to IGI Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

Therefore, since the allegations are about illegal detention from 09.00 a.m on 04/08/2025 at the hands of the authorities of Bureau of Immigration, it is necessary to hear them in this matter.

Therefore, learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to add them as party Respondents. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 07/11/2025.
