Seeking transfer of the crime registered as First Information Report No. 0987 of 2025 registered on 8th August 2025 for commission of offence under sections 329(3), 49, 189(2), 189(3), 190 and 324(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and further direction to restrain the respondent no. 3 and its officers from supporting and encouraging the accused persons, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 corresponding to section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum at an appropriate point of time.

Writ Petition No. 4717 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
