By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sough for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a). "a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside C.R. No. 131/2025 registered with Kalepadal Police Station on 21.04.2025 under Sections 74, 76, 79, 333, 115(2), 3(5), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), against the Petitioners, based on a complaint lodged by Respondent No. 2 (Ms. Pujita Sudhir Reddy) and any further proceedings arising therefrom;"

Today after having argued further for some time, Mr. Rohan Hogle, learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Request made by Mr. Rohan Hogle, not objected to by Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the State. 3.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty as prayed. If an application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. All the contentions of the parties are left open.

Writ Petition No. 4734 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
