Mr. Shrey Lodha, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before appropriate forum leaving the contentions raised in the present writ petition available to the petitioner to be urged in appropriate proceedings taken out by him, if any.

Writ Petition No.4751 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid to the petitioner. However, we may indicate that this petition dismissed as withdrawn shall not be construed by any Court/Forum/Authority, as if we have expressed our opinion on the merits of the matter.
