1.
By this petition, the petitioners challenge order passed by Additional Sessions Judge Islampur below Exhibit-18 in Criminal Revision Application No.16 of 2024 filed by the original informant for production of certain documents. By the impugned order production is allowed.
2.
Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the Revisional Court has committed an error in permitting production of documents at revisional stage, which is not permissible in law. In support of his submission, he relied on Hon'ble Supreme Court,s Judgment in Rajnish Kumar Biswakarma Vs. State of NCT of Delhi and Ors1.
1 MANU/SC/1438/2024.

While allowing the production of documents, the Trial Court has observed that 'whether those documents can be considered or not will be dealt with at the time of final order and parties are open to argue on the same'.
4.
No case is made out by the petitioners showing any prejudice is caused to them by allowing the production of documents. The admissibility of the documents is kept open by the Trial Court. Therefore, no illegality or perversity is found in the order impugned in the present petition. The citation relied upon by the learned counsel for the the petitioners is rendered in different facts and hence, is of no help to the case of the petitioners. 5.
The petition being devoid of merits is dismissed. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) ZIP
