Perusal of the notice itself indicates that an alternate remedy of filing of reply to the said Notice and to appear before the concerned Authority for hearing in response to the said Notice is mentioned.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file reply of the Petitioner to the said Notice and to appear before the concerned Authority in opposition to the said Notice.
