This Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs :- (a) Be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the officer of the respondent-Police Station to consider the complaint dated 22.7.2025 submitted by the petitioner and to register the cognizable offence against Mr. Naresh Singh Sumersingh Thakur, his brother-in-law namely Mr. Balraj Jagdish Talla @ Anya and Bantu and his associates Rajendra Rammurthi Pilley @ Mahsh @ Kalya and take immediate appropriate action against the above named persons;

(b) Be pleased to direct the superior authorities to appoint independent neutral superior officer for conducting the departmental enquiry of Mr. Maruti Kadam (API) and Mr. Jalindar Lembhe of Anti-Extortion Cell Department for cordial and pecuniary relationship with Mr. Naresh Singh Thakur and take appropriate action including departmental action against the above said officers for insisting the petitioner for making false statement against the unknown person namely Ravi Mallesh Borra @ D.K. Rao;

(c) Be pleased to direct the respondent-Police Officer to provide the police protection to the petitioner and his family members as there are several threat to the life of the petitioner and his family members;

(d) Any other reliefs may be granted by this Hon'ble Court to which the petitioner may be found entitled to." 2.

Mr. Dilip Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available in law. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No.4844 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
