P. C. :- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Joint Commissioner of Police (Law & Order), Mumbai submitted that, the investigation of the present crime i.e. C. R. No. 329 of 2025 is transferred to Mr. Maneesh Kalwania, IPS, DCP, Zone-8. That, the said Deputy Commissioner of Police will investigate the crime hereinafter. The investigation of the said crime will be supervised by Mr. Paramjit Dahia, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police (West Region) and necessary report will be submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
