The statements of the Petitioners have been recorded. The Petitioners have given necessary documents for the purpose of said inquiry. Learned A.P.P., on instructions further submitted that, presence of the Petitioners hereinafter before the Inquiry Officer is not necessary and inquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.
