DATED : 22nd SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The learned A.P.P. states that in this case the investigating agency has filed 'C' Summary report before the Special Judge for POCSO, Sessions Court, Mumbai. She submitted a copy of the said report. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of this report, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

2) It is needless to add that the said Court shall consider 'C' Summary report on its own merits and in accordance with law and after hearing the first informant. In case the 'C' Summary report is not accepted by the learned Judge, the Petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate steps 1/2
