Mr. Anvay Homkalas, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that in Writ Petition No. 3957 of 2025 titled "Mahim Pramod Vyas v. Vijay Machhindra Shinde & Ors." filed by the co-accused Mahim Pramod Vyas, this Court (Coram: A.S. Gadkari and Ranjitsinha Raja Bhonsale, JJ.) granted indulgence in the matter and stayed further proceedings in C.C. No.11942/PS/2024 qua the said petitioner.

From the order dated 4th September 2025 it does not appear
BDP 919 WP-4985-25 & 18 WP-4847-25.doc that the Court was apprised of the fact that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the concerned Trial Court. It is also not clear how Writ Petition No.3957 of 2025 was placed before the Bench consisting of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.S. Gadkari and the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjitsinha Raja Bhonsale. Copy of the order dated 4th September 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3957 of 2025 is taken on record.
