This Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby calling for the investigation papers concerning F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.II-42 of 2018 registered with the Dombivali Police Station and after examining the legality, validity and/or propriety of the same may be pleased to quash and set aside the same; (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.213 of 2018 registered with the Dombivali Police Station as well as all proceedings pending before the JMFC, Kalyan Court in R.C.C. 441 of 2018 along with any other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom;

(c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay all criminal proceedings in connection with C.R. No.213 of 2018 registered with the Dombivali Police Station pending before the JMFC, Kalyan Court in R.C.C. 441 of 2018;

(d) Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit; (e) Any other further order and/or direction be given as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

Mr. Sumit Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available in law. 3.

Writ Petition No.4956 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
