The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in First Information Report No.113 of 2023 registered at Charkop Police Station, Mumbai to any other police station unconnected with the informant officer or to an independent investigating agency. 2.

Mr. Mohd. Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage.
