Heard Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the charge-sheet is already filed in the present matter before the Trial Court having jurisdiction.

By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call the record and proceedings of FIR vide C.R. No. 115 of 2025 registered at Boling Police Station, Vasai, Palghar."

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 6.

If such Application is filed by the Petitioners before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty as prayed for. 8.
