The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs: - "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call the record and proceedings of FIR vide C.R. No.135 of 2025 registered at Kalewadi Police Station, Pimpri-Chindwad, Pune. b) After going through the records and proceedings this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the proceedings vide FIR vide C.R. No.135 of 2025 filed against the Petitioners at Kalewadi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of present petition this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant stay to the further proceedings pending vide C.R. No.135 of 2025 at Kalewadi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune at least against Petitioners.

d) Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (c). e) Any other just and equitable order in the interest of justice may kindly be passed."

Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take out appropriate application at appropriate time if any adverse order is passed against the petitioners.
