Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

When this Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petitions, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it may be clarified that, the observations in the impugned order shall not influence the final adjudication of the guilt at the trial.

The Writ Petitions thus stand disposed with a clarification that, the observations in the impugned order shall be construed to be confined to the entitlement of the accused for bail and those observations shall not influence the adjudication of the guilt of the accused at the trial.
