------ Mr. Narayan G. Rokade a/w Siddharth Agrawal & Ramchandra Wagh, for the Petitioner.

Ms. S. M. Yadav, APP, for the Respondent-State. ------ Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.

Date: June 15, 2026 P.C.:

1.

Mr. Rokade, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. However, he submits that as the Criminal Case bearing SCC No.2500/2021 has been pending before the learned JMFC, Cantonment Court, Pune, for last about five years, appropriate directions be issued to the learned JMFC to conclude the trial expeditiously.

2.

Accordingly, leave to withdraw the Writ Petition is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.

However, as the Criminal Case is of the year 2021, the learned JMFC is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously. [Madhav J. Jamdar, J.] Arjun
