Mr. Prasad Sankpal, the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record today the copies of the Aadhar Cards of the petitioner and the respondent no.3 under their own signatures. 2.

Reply-affidavit dated 25th September 2025 has been filed by the respondent no.3-Vishwanath Baliram Gaikwad who has been authorized by Mr. Ness Wadia, the member of the Board of the Management of the Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital & Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children giving consent for quashing. 3.

On an undertaking given by the petitioner who is present in the Court that he shall not indulge himself in the offending act as reported to the police, this writ petition succeeds to the extent that FIR No.129 of 2017 registered with the Bhoiwada Police Station at

BDP 58-4981-25.doc Mumbai is quashed. However, we may indicate that if the petitioner is found indulged in any similar activity, an appropriate separate proceeding shall be drawn against him.

3. Writ Petition No.4981 of 2025 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
