This Writ Petition is filed seeking following prayers :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby calling for the investigation papers concerning the impugned FIR No.90/2024 registered with DCB CID UNIT-8, Mumbai and after examining the legality, validity and/or propriety of the same being in vogue, may be pleased to quash and set aside the same;
(b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay all further proceeding(s) concerning the impugned FIR No.90/2024 registered with DCB CID UNIT-8, Mumbai;
(c) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct release of the Applicant on an bail in connection with the FIR No.90/2024 registered with DCB CID Unit-8 Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, (d) Declare that the arrest and consequent detention of the Petitioner in connection with FIR No.90/2024 are illegal, unconstitutional, and in violation of Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India as well as Section 197 CrPC, being without jurisdiction and authority of law;
(e) Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) above be granted;

(f) Any other further order and/or direction be given as the nature and circumstances of the case may require." 2.
Mr. Manish Bhatia, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available in law. 3.
Writ Petition No.4989 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
