Mr. Sandesh More, the learned counsel for the petitioners mentioned this matter and tenders a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 29th September 2025 to the extent of carrying out correction in the prayer clause (B) quoted in the said order. In the prayer clause (B) quoted in the said order, the words "quashed and set aside and the petitioners may kindly be" are inadvertently missing. The same shall be added and the prayer clause (B) is corrected to read as under:

"(B) By appropriate writ and/or directions of this Hon'ble Court, the FIR bearing C.R. No.346 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025 under sections 115(2), 118(1), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 352 in the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered with the Respondent No.1 i.e. Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai, against the Petitioners, wherein the Petitioners are the Original Accused, may kindly be quashed and set aside and the petitioners may kindly be permitted to compound the said matter with the Original First Informant i.e. the Respondent No.2." 2.

The corrected order dated 29th September 2025 shall be uploaded.
