Dr. Yusuf, the learned counsel for the Intervener-original complainant submits that the affidavit dated 14th October 2025 tendered by the petitioner-applicant no.2 has not been notarised in accordance with law. There are allegations that the applicant has not signed the said affidavit before the Notary. Mr. Mundargi, the learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant no.2 does not have instructions as far as the notarization is concerned. 2.

Be that as it may, Mr. Mundargi submits that the applicant no.2 is not intending to travel as of now and seeks liberty to withdraw Interim Application No.3795 of 2025.
