Mr. Amit Icham, learned Advocate submits that during pendency of this Petition, the prosecution has filed charge-sheet and therefore, he craves leave to carry out amendment in the Criminal Writ Petition by incorporating additional grounds to challenge the charge-sheet and to tender copy of the charge-sheet on record. He requests for a weeks' time to carry out amendment and produce copy of the charge-sheet on record. 4.

As the matter is at pre-admission stage, subject to all the objections available to the Respondents being left open, leave granted to amend the Petition by incorporating additional grounds to challenge the charge-sheet and to produce copy of the chargesheet on record. 6.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 1 weeks from today and the charge-sheet be produced within same time. 7.

Upon amendment being carried out, amended copy of the Criminal Writ Petition along with copy of the charge-sheet be furnished to the office of learned A.P.P. and the learned Advocates for Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 within a period of 3 days thereafter. 8.
