Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 31st July 2025, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Pune was persuaded to grant prearrest bail to the Respondents. 3.

The learned APP submits a Report of Investigating Officer which indicates that, the Investigating Officer has proposed to file "AARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Summary" report and, it is submitted for the approval of the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.10.13 09:17:20 +0530 Coordination Committee.

The Report indicates that, the investigation did not reveal the complicity of the Respondents and the Investigating Officer thus proposes to file "A-Summary" Report.

In view of the aforesaid developments, there is no propriety in entertaining this Petition against an order granting pre-arrest bail to the Respondents.
