Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
Mr. Phoujdar, the learned Counsel, submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the first informant in the counter ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Case. It was submitted that in the peculiar facts of the case, the first by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.01.23 19:08:39 +0530 informant is required to be impleaded as party-Respondent to this Petition.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the Petition so as to implead the first informant in the counter case as partyRespondent through his guardian. ARS 1/2
